Shipping an always-on AI wearable at 35 grams takes more than a good design — it takes a supply chain built for it. AIVY is assembling global partners across every layer of the AIVY Echo platform, from edge silicon to optics to final assembly.
On the compute side, AIVY works within the Qualcomm and Thundercomm ecosystem for its dual-SoC edge AI architecture — the foundation that lets hybrid SLM + LLM inference run on the device with a 12-hour, hot-swap battery budget.
Sensing and components draw on Korea's deep hardware bench and global suppliers across camera modules, microphone arrays, and inertial sensing — the 12MP wide-angle camera, 4-mic array, and IMU/IR stack that gives Echo its first-person view of the work.
Manufacturing readiness is led by a team that has taken dozens of mobile devices from engineering build to mass production at LG Electronics. Supplier qualification and pilot-line planning are underway ahead of Echo's production ramp.
